Meet the team

All our coaches have extensive knowledge, training and experience of working with people caught in self destructive behaviour, obsession, compulsion and addiction.  All our coaches and trainers are committed to continuing professional development, having supervision and working within the Association for Coaching guidelines.

Leanne Lowish

Leanne works in business with teams, depts, employer/employee relationships and leadership development.  She also works with private relationships and individuals.  She specialises in how destructive relationship dynamics impact people’s lives in obsessions around work, sex, porn, internet, exercise, food, people as well as alcohol and drug abuse.  Leanne has over ten years professional experience in this field and has personal experience within her own relationships.  As well as running her own practice, she is a consultant with the Awareness Centre and Grove Practice and she works with the Rehabilitation of Addicted Prisoners Trust. She also supervises and trains other coaches in this area.   

Her professional qualifications include: Accredited Coach with Association for Coaching; Diploma in Coaching Supervision; Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling; Masters in Education; Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling Approaches; Post Graduate Diploma in Community Education; Certificate in Working with Families with Substance Abuse; Certificate in Transpersonal Psychology, Certificate in Organisations and Relationship Systems Coaching Fundamentals.

Jean Gower

Jean has 20 years in recovery from Drugs and Alcohol and now works as a counsellor/coach with a local Drug & Alcohol Advisory Service.  Her mission is to bring happiness into sobriety by using  recovery coaching and positive psychology.  She says "We got sober, we got long term sobriety but what then, what happened to our dreams and ambitions? Well, let's rediscover them here as I did after 20 long years of sobriety, resentment, anger, misery and frustration."

Her professional qualifications include:  Certified Recovery coach, ICF credentialed Life Coach, BA in Humanities, Postgraduate Certificate in Addiction Counselling, Post graduate Certificate in Counselling Approaches.

Liana Salvucci

Liana celebrates 17 years of recovery from an Eating Disorder through the combined help of Twelve Step Programmes, Therapy and Coaching. She has a passion for working with people who - like her - have sorted out their past with the help of therapy and 12 step Programmes and now are ready to move on and make a real change in their lives. She helps people to achieve their dreams whilst giving as much importance to their recovery as to their achievements.

Her professional qualifications are:  Certified Recovery Coach, Eating Disorder Practitioner,  NLP Practitioner, Founding Member of IAC (International Association of Coaches), MA in Far East Languages and Cultures.

Sarah Briggs MA  MBACP (Accred)  FCIM  MAC                    

Sarah is an accredited coach working with individual and corporate clients.  She specialises in focusing on authenticity and individuality.  For recovery coaching, this supports clients in finding more meaning in their identity, relationships and behaviour as motivation in their recovery journey towards greater happiness. From her own family background, Sarah is aware of the destructive impact of compulsive or addictive behaviours.

Sarah is co-director of The Grove Practice in the West End of London, where she maintains a therapy and coaching practice working with individuals, couples and adult family groups. Sarah has specialist training in working with disordered eating, addiction, HIV and survivors of sexual abuse. 

Her professional qualifications are: Accredited Coach with Association for Coaching; certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a member of the ANLP; Diploma in Organisational Development and Executive Coaching; Diploma in Business and Life Coaching; Diploma in Hypnotherapy; BACP-accredited Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, MA in Social & Political Science.
